Oceanside Wine Society - June Food & Wine Paired event

Come join us for our June Food & Wine Paired event coming up on Thursday, June 6th @ 6pm. We'll be showcasing an Escondido based winery, Stehleon Vineyards, hosted by their winemaker, Alysha Stehly. We've have selected four wines from their many offerings, to pair with Chef Sam's early summer menu.(SEE MENU BELOW) It's always so interesting to see what wonderful wines we produce right here in San Diego County! Herbed peppercorn roasted lamb tenderloin, grilled radicchio, demi pearl onions au jus

Third Course
2016 Syrah, Sunrise Ranch
Pairing:
Creamy orzotto, wild mushrooms, manchego & herbs de provence

Fourth Course
2016 Grenache Blanc Vin De Paille
Pairing:
Charred Cyclops' orange and apricot tarts w/ brûlée danish blue cheese
